Annual Asphalt Conference

OAPA offers many educational opportunities throughout the year.  The Annual OAPA Asphalt Conference brings together industry speakers from around the country to educate our members and other attendees on current industry practices.

NAPA

OAPA strives to work together with the National Asphalt Pavement Association to inform our members of additional industry related educational opportunities and publications available by NAPA.

NCAT

The National Center for Asphalt Technology offers educational resources and seminars annually regarding industry related topics.  NCAT operates the NCAT Test Track which conducts research for various organizations and states regarding types of asphalt mix and design technology.

ASPHALT INSTUTUTE

The Asphalt Institute provides additional educational resources to the Asphalt Industry through various seminars and publications.  The AI is the author of the Asphalt Handbook MS-4 Manual  and offers various certification programs.
