The Oklahoma Asphalt Quality Initiative began as a way for OAPA to self police its own members to address quality asphalt pavements. OAPA is dedicated to COMMUNICATING issues between contractors and customers, and contractors and suppliers, to solve problems in a timely fashion; EDUCATING ourselves on to make sure we are doing the best job we possibly can; and COMMITTING ourselves to carrying the Initiative forward into the future.
Each Producer and Laydown member is required annually to participate in self reporting, after their initial inspection with Executive Director, Larry Patrick. New members must each have an in person inspection within 6 months of membership approval. These requirements are conditions of membership.
