OAPA Annual Scholarship Opportunities. 

The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Scholarship Research Opportunity seeks to foster excellence in research and to enhance the body of knowledge of the vast asphalt infrastructure in this country.  The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Scholarship Research Opportunity is funded by the Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association.  The Scholarship is open to all full time students enrolled in an Oklahoma University in an accredited program in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Heavy Equipment Operator Scholarship Opportunity seeks to foster excellence in the Construction Industry and to enhance the knowledge of heavy equipment operation.  The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Heavy Equipment Operator Scholarship Opportunity is funded by the Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association.  This Scholarship is open to all Junior, Senior or Thirteenth year high school students enrolled in an Oklahoma Technology Center which offers an accredited program in Heavy Equipment Operation.
