Awards Banquet Awards will be distributed as part of the OAPA Asphalt Conference on Monday, February 20, 2023. The awards luncheon will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center in Norman, OK. Award winners will be announced at the completion of judging, approximately December.
