Membership Categories
PRODUCER MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations who operate an asphalt plant that meets the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Producer members must particiapte in the OAQI as a requirement of membership.
LAYDOWN CONTRACTOR MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations not engaged in the production of asphalt, who are asphalt paving contractors, qualified as bidders of recognized governmental agencies. Laydown members must participate in the OAQI as a requirement of membership.
REFINERY/ASPHALT MERCHANDISER MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations who refine and/or merchandise asphalt cement. AGGREGATE PRODUCER MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations who operate aggregate quarries that meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations who support the asphalt pavement industry.
CONSULTANT ENGINEERING MEMBER - persons, firms, organizations and corporations who operate consultant engineering and testing firms that meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
GOVERNMENTAL MEMBER - persons that are employed by a state, local, federal or tribal agency.
